Introduction.

The MWDBE Training Academy has established a Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Entrepreneur (MWDBE) educational program in accordance with rules and regulations by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. The rules and regulations that governs the United States Transportation Department may not apply to all public agencies, but here at the MWDBE Training Academy we believe that all public funds should apply to the same or similar rules and regulations of 49 CFR Part 26 any and/or all Recipient who receive and/or has received and use public funded financial assistance from any and/or all public funded sources including the Federal Government and all other state and local governmental entities should be held to the same standards.
